Horrendous! Always late, when they got a unit for me, they have masked a lot of details that I should be made aware of. The walk through was in Thai and then they will translate (again not disclosing a lot of information).
When I made a complaint, I was gaslighted. That it was my fault that I have different standards and insisted things are cleaned - but in fact when all the service crew (outsourced) saw the unit and the condition of several items - they said they won't even stay in the place.
They want easy work. No ethics.
