The moment the shipment left Thailand, we were left in the dark. Crown does not send updates. It was up to me as a customer to call/email and walk them through options to try and solve issues. There was no proactive problem solving. And as a result our shipment has yet to reach our location. They also are telling us now about extra charges.
We have been moving for about 20 years, and this is unfortunately by far the worst experience we’ve ever had with movers.
The very first calls in Thailand were handled with care and the outbound packers were diligent
No customer service, crown staff blame one another and take no corporate responsibility for the company they’re deemed to represent
As our shipment reaches Europe, the inbound team realized they didn’t know how to handle our customs clearance process. And they now are informing us of additional charges over whatsapp, no structured communications
