Eagle Movers Thailand

Still waiting for our possessions. Tried to contact them but the phone number is not in service. How do I contact them to arrange delivery and final payment for storage?

all my furniture are in a warehouse and am trying desperately to send it back to koh Samui but no one answer my emails nor my phone call.
Does any one know a direct contact to solve this issue and get my furniture back ??

If you use Eagle Movers you can expect two things:

1. The quoted price will not be the final price; and
2. An almost total absence of communication (unless, ironically, it’s associated with #1 and asking for more money or replying to bad reviews)

Seriously, check the reviews and you can see a very distinct pattern forming. They have a reputation for coming in with a low quote to secure the contract and then increasing with ‘extra fees’—in my case once they had our belongings and it was too late to turn back.

Their only advantage over the larger moving Co’s is the price they offer however that’s almost completely negated by #1 above and even if the final price is still the same or even marginally cheaper than others this is negated by the incalculable value of lack of stress in dealing with a more reputable firm.

In summary, DO NOT use this company, believe me that you will regret it.

If you think you will save money by using them you won’t, it will end up costing about the same as a larger more reputable firm, and anything you do save will not be worth the stress of dealing with these people.

They ended up charging us 3 times the initial quotation, after not agreeing to pay they would not release our stuff if not paid for absurd storage fees, claimed that customs held art items that their company was supposed to make paperwork for,they never sent us these art items of great value. After an immensely late delivery where all of the carriage and delivery charges where paid by us when Eagle Movers had promised 'door to door' our items arrived in horrible condition with most of it damaged and broken, at least half of our fragile items were destroyed by their non professional packing and way of stacking into wooden crates (using TV as a top for packing and mirror as a corner), worst of all experiences in Thailand. The manager is literally the rudest manager I have ever talked to, no need to waste your time, money and energy here. Shame
