1. The quoted price will not be the final price; and
2. An almost total absence of communication (unless, ironically, it’s associated with #1 and asking for more money or replying to bad reviews)
Seriously, check the reviews and you can see a very distinct pattern forming. They have a reputation for coming in with a low quote to secure the contract and then increasing with ‘extra fees’—in my case once they had our belongings and it was too late to turn back.
Their only advantage over the larger moving Co’s is the price they offer however that’s almost completely negated by #1 above and even if the final price is still the same or even marginally cheaper than others this is negated by the incalculable value of lack of stress in dealing with a more reputable firm.
In summary, DO NOT use this company, believe me that you will regret it.
If you think you will save money by using them you won’t, it will end up costing about the same as a larger more reputable firm, and anything you do save will not be worth the stress of dealing with these people.
