SIRELO did absolutely nothing. This company Siam International at least responded. They were terrible and it isn't over yet because my boxes are still in route 3 months later if they come at all. They've raise the price twice. It's a real crap shoot. I should have just taken my personal belongings to the dump.
They responded
It took a month for them to pick up the boxes
They raised the price twice from $3000-$4300
Moved from Lorton (United States) to That Phanom (Thailand)
