Blufox arranged our move of 328 boxes smoothly from Bangkok to Berlin. The packing over 3 days went very smooth thanks to great leadership of [name removed by Sirelo]. The container were on its way a month later as per our agreed plan. We have now just received the shipment and we are pleased to report only a minor damage to a dented dustbin.
We are very happy to have selected Blufox to look after our move. They were not the cheapest option but also far from the most expensive.

The original date agreed for the shipping was fake one. The real one was two months later
The arrival of goods was 90 days after originally foreseen
BluFox recommended to get insured the shipping with an specific company that they provided.
Goods arrived with most of the boxes damaged and clear signs of bad handling
they didn't recognize the bad handling even if the boxes were clearly broken and damaged
they told the furniture was damaged due to changes in humidity conditions !!!
They told we have to look for a recognized expert and to pay him/her for demonstrate that the absolute clear damages produced by the bad handling of the boxes (brutally damaged) has not been as result of the 'humidity effect'
In summary; we are use to move from country to country due to our work. This has been the worst ever experience with a moving company. I encourage people looking for a trustable company do not contact to this BluFox and look for alternatives if they want to get their goods in time and in good conditions.Read more

Blufox completely lied to us about the quality of their service - they were absolutely terrible! They completely ignored all our communications [eg; emails and phone calls], and their staff [name removed by Sirelo] were incredibly rude and unhelpful.
Will NEVER use this company again or recommend them to others. They are only motivated by money - hold you to ransom until they get paid - and continually lie and mislead you. An utterly unpleasant experience with a complete mickey-mouse company!
