Our insurance rate is 3.5%. We have a very low claim ratio but when it happens, we deal with it very promptly
What is the best advice you would give to customers?
Organize your move as early as possible (6 weeks?) and contact only movers with references, long time experience, strong global networks, who belong to several Chambers of Commerce in Thailand, and who care about their reputation

I had a positive experience with United Relocation, particularly appreciating their competitive pricing in the context of high sea shipping costs in Thailand. Unlike other companies, they didn't present me with exorbitant rates.
However, I'm withholding a perfect score due to a final invoice discrepancy. Initially quoted 28,000THB for 1 CBM, which I accepted, unfortunately, the agent overlooked my request. Upon receiving the invoice, I was surprised to see a charge of 32,000THB for 1 CBM, with the explanation that the quoted price was valid for just 30 days. Regrettably, I was not informed of the price increase before packaging and being asked for payment. Additionally, though the agent referred to the discrepancy in used space as a minor difference, it actually amounted to an extra cost of 2,000 THB + VAT for 0.15CBM. It would have been preferable if they had considered offering a discount for the 0.35 CBM difference instead. Furthermore, the agent's lack of an apology for the oversight, coupled with the mistaken information about my payment and requested me to pay more, left me somewhat dissatisfied with the overall experience.Read more

It was a very pleasant and efficient experience from the quotation till the packing. I felt very well looked after. [name removed by Sirelo] took good care of me. The packers were really good, careful, quick and very nice. Also the Dutch company on the other side was very good. They kept me informed and the delivery was easy and very good. I would recommend United relocation to everyone and I would certainly use them again. Thank you very much

I moved from Bangkok to Portugal and had my household shipped in a container through United Relocations, door-to-door who took care of everything, not limited to packing, transport from my home to their warehouse, getting the Import papers from the Portuguese Embassy in Bangkok, packing the container and shipping it. At arrival another company was advised to transport the container to my new home and unloading and unpacking was part of the contract. 1 small incident happened at their warehouse in Bangkok, my suitcase with mainly summer cloth was broken into and some personal defense items were stolen. The Manager (a Norwegian man) was very helpful in resolving this issue.
